Dried red chili 2 piece
Star anise cloves 6-7,

2 teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
We can take all the output in the mixer and make powder. After making the paste, we mix a bit of water to make the better paste. Take 1 kg of mutton, wash it, now we can mix the paste, we can take 3 spoons Kashmiri red chili powder, you have 1 teaspoon of normal red chili powder, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala can also mix. , 200 ml curd to cook mutton quickly. We have pasted pepper, add 4 spoons, it is optional, add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix them well. Now we have mixed it. We took 4 spoons of mustard oil, we can add sunflower oil, we can make it in the cooker, add 6-7 pieces of chopped garlic, 3 chopped large onion and fry them well. this is enough. Now we can mix mutton with spices and fry it in oil for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1 glass of water to cook mutton and add some water too, cm gravy mutton will be cooked, so we can turn it off for 20 minutes. If the whistle is required to leave the cooker and the mutton gets cooked well for 20 minutes. At this level, we can add the powder made by us. If you think that the seasoning is high then you can leave it. After mixing the spice with a big flavor, check the salt, Mutton Handi is ready to add some cream. It is your wish, if necessary, you can add cashew paste in this mutton handi and it is suitable with rice, chapati, and paratha
